Social Security Number Trace and Address History
This is a key factor for background checks, where we search of variety of databases by the applicant’s social security number in an effort to develop counties of residence, aliases and current/past addresses in order determine which counties and state court records should be searched for additional information about the candidate. This search will also provide the state in which the Social Security Number (SSN) was issued and provide information on whether that Social Security Number (SSN) has been reported to the credit bureaus as someone that is deceased and hence cannot legally be used by another person.
National Criminal Database Search With Alias
Criminal records from numerous state and county repositories throughout the country are searched in this background check including and beyond the places where the candidate had residence in the past. This search reveals cases, charges, convictions, pleas, dispositions, jail time served and case history. It is recommended that a county criminal search is conducted to verify all findings and dispositions found in the national search. There are states and counties that do not report to these databases, so we perform county level searches in counties of residence to provide you with relevant information when available.
National Sex Offender Search
Sex Offender database registry searches to determine if your applicant has been registered as a sex offender anywhere in the United States. Such an important background check includes all relevant information of such offense(s) recorded on the candidate and are made available to you for your decision making process.
Global Terrorist Watch List
This background check provides compliance around the US Patriot Act and hence is of vital importance to your company during the hiring / contracting process. This background check is conducted at the county level indexed to the applicants name and date of birth. This search provides the highest level of data integrity and information for appropriate reporting of convocations that fall within the acceptable state and federal guidelines.
Federal Criminal Searches
A background check on Federal Criminal records includes all criminal felony and misdemeanor cases filed in the U.S. District Courts for violation of Federal Law (Bank Robbery, Tax Evasion, Embezzlement, Wire Fraud, Counterfeiting)
These are comprehensive background checks that include best practices recommended for compliance by the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services. Searches of Office of Inspector General (OIG), List of Excluded Individuals and Entities (LEIE) and System for Award Management (SAM) exclusion data are included in this check. State Board Action data for Medical Doctors, Nurses, Pharmacists and other licensed medical professionals are also provided on this service.
Driving records / DMV / Motor Vehicle Reports (commercial)
This background check which is available in all 50 states and the District of Columbia, includes license status, expiration date. Records found on this report include accidents, violations and citations. This search is based on records received directly from the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) and includes information dating back three (3) to seven (7) years depending on the state.
